Fastsource Ltd were employed by Newett Homes to complete the enabling works at Fenay Bridge to facilitate the construction of 68nr dwellings along with associated roads and public open space.

The following excavation consisted of circa 7500m3 of topsoil to strip, stockpiling and retaining 4500m3 and removing 30,000m3 offsite, 30,000m3 of subsoil to cut and 3000m3 of filling to form the development plateaus & roads leaving 27000m3 to remove from site.

As the project was on a steep hillside, surface water management bunds and basins were installed.
